Thank you for supporting The Magpie's Chest! Each item is carefully handmade and packaged with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days; please note:
 

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Large orders may require additional processing time (custom large-scale wholesale orders, ect).

  • During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended (Christmas is crazy y'all but we're going to work with fire under our heels to get it all out quickly to you!).
     

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as:
 

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • UPS Ground (when applicable)
     

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
 

Estimated delivery times:

USPS Ground Advantage | 2-5 Business Days

USPS Priority Mail | 1-3 Business Days

UPS Ground | 1-5 Business Days
 

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
**The Magpie's Chest unfortunately does not offer international shipping at this time**

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.  Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

Service Interruptions & Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control, including:
 

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • Public emergencies
     

While we strive to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates during such events.(Y'all if there's a tornado coming down, I'm sorry but I'm not going out like the Wicked Witch of the West from the Wizard of Oz!  Safety will always come first but we'll of course send out an update on the situation in these very very rare cases.)

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.  If an incorrect address is provided:
 

  • Please contact us immediately.

  • Address changes may only be possible before an order ships.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
     

We are not responsible for packages delivered to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.  We are not responsible for:
 

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Stolen packages

  • Weather-related delays

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Customs delays
     

If your package appears lost, please contact your carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  Please include:
 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging
     

We will review the issue and may offer:
 

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund

Order Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.  However, after that timeframe once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do NOT accept returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.  Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
